IC CHARACTERISTICS

CURRENT CANON POINT: Before Stu's party, currently dealing with the principal.

PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: Tall guy with short guy energy. Often hunched, rarely smiles. Billy looks like your standard popular 90s guy, wet look hair, floppy bangs and polo shirts or flannels.

DEMEANOR: He's very deliberate in his movements, and just a touch unnerving. 90% of the time he presents normal enough, but his temper is quicker to rise than most.

ABILITIES:

very good at stabbing and strangling

good at falling, flailing and taking blows to the head

at least somewhat familiar with firearms (enough to know by sight when the safety is on, and able to shoot a slow moving target)

acting (especially very dramatic deaths, and falling down the stairs)

MEDICAL INFORMATION: Nothing of note. Some odd scars, and interesting bruises.

Psychopath
Billy very proudly refers to himself as a psychopath. It is doubtful that he was officially diagnosed with ASPD or any other condition, but he does very much fit the markers. (A note- the majority of persons with ASPD are not violent murders or a danger to society. Billy very much is.)

Murderer
Billy is a murderer and likely to eventually try again. He has committed very violent, cruel and prolonged attacks, tacking pleasure in mentally torturing his victims.

Rapist
Billy's first murder involved the rape of his victim. This is unlikely to occur again and hasn't since, but is important to note.

OTHER: If you WANT to actively be involved in any future violence, please let me know!

IC PERMISSIONS

MENTAL: Just a normal person would have trouble manipulating Billy, that's usually his role. Someone with powers could likely get inside his head, but they might not like what they see.

MIMICRY: He doesn't love it. He will get irritated and potentially violent.

VIOLENCE: His track record is pretty damn good, but you could land some hits.

MAGIC: You can use magic on him, he has no defenses for that. It will freak him out.

DEBATE: They can argue/debate, but once Billy gets riled up, he can turn to violence.

OTHER / NOTES: Most of the time, Billy does appear to be a typical guy. He will undoubtedly blow his cover here at some point, but ideally- everyone shouldn't take one look at the guy and ping him as a murderer, whether they end up liking him or not.
